/ORDERING
All orders must be placed through the website. This ensures that I have all of the information needed to proceed with your order. Please follow all ordering instructions on the website. At least 2 weeks’ notice is required for all orders, however, during the holidays I recommend placing your order 4 weeks in advance. All orders placed with less than 2 weeks’ from date of pickup may be subject to a rush fee based on the type of order and the time the order is placed.
Please note that any photos you send me are used as inspiration only, I do not copy photos exactly.
Changes- Once an order is placed I will do my best to accommodate any changes you need to make however, I cannot guarantee the changes will be made. Changes may also be subject to an additional charge. All changes need to be made 1 week to the date you wish to pick up your order.
/PICKUP
Arrangements such as date and time of pick up must be made at the time the order is placed. Please be on time when picking up an order, if you are running late please let me know ASAP. There is a pick up shelf if other accommodations cannot be made, however, I am not responsible if something happens to the order during this time.
All orders are packaged immediately before pick up and pictures are taken to ensure your order is in perfect condition. Once the order is picked up, I am no longer responsible for any damages or accidents. Please follow all transport and care instructions that will be on your invoice. If something happens to your order, please contact me and I will do my best to help you fix it.
/DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT
After you place an order you will receive an invoice within 24 hours to the email you provided. Prices listed on invoice are valid for one week only as prices are subject to change. If you do not receive your invoice within this timeframe, please contact me. One week after the invoice is sent, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is due to continue with your order. Your order is not confirmed until the deposit is received. If you do not contact us at this point, your order will be cancelled and will not be put on the schedule.

Once the deposit is received, I will confirm your order and place it on my schedule for pick up on our discussed date and time. If you need to cancel for any reason please reach out to me ASAP, all cancelations may be subject to a cancellation fee depending on the order and how much time is given before the order is due. You have 24 hours after pickup to reach out to me with any issues regarding your order, any complaints or issues after 24 hours will not be eligible for any refund. Refunds are given at my discretion only.

All orders must be paid in full at time of pickup. Payments in full are also accepted at any time before.

/ALLERGENS
I do offer allergy free products, however, please be aware that my kitchen is not allergen free. Therefore products may come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. By placing an order, you ate accepting these terms and are aware of the risk of cross contamination. I am not responsible for any reactions that may occur.
If you or someone you know who will be consuming your order has any allergies, it is your responsibility to inform me when you place an order and we will discuss your options.
/REFUNDS
-Your 50% deposit is non-refundable, this covers any time or materials that have gone into your order.
No refunds will be given for orders cancelled 1 week or less prior to order pick up date. This is to cover other orders that may have been turned away due to your order being on the schedule.
All refunds are at my discretion, I understand life happens some things are out of our control. Please contact me ASAP if you may need to cancel your order for any reason at all. I will do my best to work with you!
If you have a complaint about your order please reach out to me within 24 hours of your order being picked up for me to consider a refund. Depending on the complaint I may request that you return the order so I can investigate further.

All prices listed on this website are starting prices for the products. All customizations are subject to an additional charge.
